The holiday season is upon us and for some, this time of year can be very stressful in numerous ways; shopping, holiday parties, family gatherings and more.

Here are some suggestions on how to minimize stress during the holidays:
Maintain a normal sleep cycle
Exercise
Eat well
Minimize or eliminate alcohol consumption, especially right before going to bed
Meditate at least once a day
Do Yoga
Develop a daily routine of using Emotional Freedom Techniques or tapping to help you manage and alleviate stress.
